KARMA KOLACHE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
FEBRUARY 20th, 2024

This Statement of Work (“SOW”), dated as of the date first written above, is entered into by, and made a part of the Master Services Agreement Karma test 2 test 2 (“Client”), and SIVIN LLC, (DBA NIVISCO). Any capitalized term not defined in this SOW has the meaning ascribed to it in the Agreement. Upon mutual execution, SIVIN LLC shall perform the Services described in this SOW.

If the Agreement has expired or will expire prior to the completion of the Services, the parties hereby revive and extend the term of such Agreement and agree that its provisions shall apply to the Services.

1.3. Assumptions and Responsibilities

It is assumed that both parties agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

• The project timeline and milestones as outlined in the agreement.
• Communication channels and frequency for project updates and feedback.
• Payment terms and conditions.
• Change management process in case of project scope changes.
• Confidentiality and data protection measures.

Both parties agree to adhere to the terms and conditions stated herein.
